Description: In this project our client want a modern gray and white house with a typical French terrace. Large windows from top to bottom makes inside the house delightful. The view is exactly in front of the small nice canal.

All the heating system, cooling system, lighting system is controlled with smart device hanging on the wall. In the design phases tried to reach a energy neutral building.
