Description: The municipality of Dongen wants to make a new primary school in place of the old school of the village.

They want to demolish the whole building of the old school and build a new one. In this project, we have to design a school with classrooms for children from group one to group 8.

It should be considered an apart area for baby’s as well as a kindergarten. the general idea was to make a central hall for multifunctional activities and all the other facilities including classrooms.

The central hall can be used for different functions. They are some sunshades that have been provided on the top windows, which can be closed when the children want to watch a movie together. Or it can be used as an eating area. The roof height of the central Hall has been considered higher than the rest of the building.

All the classrooms are equipped with sinks, cupboards, and closets for children. Each classroom has its own direct door to the yard.
